| John Ingersoll Coggeshall, 1857-1912, was born in Fall River and settled in Lowell, Massachusetts. He was well known throughout New England as an engraver, photographer, and painter. Mrs. MacDonald donated to the Center for Lowell her father's collection of photographs and original negatives. These photographs were taken for commercial and personal use during the late 19th century. |
