New Features added to Films on Demand

Films on Demand, the online streaming video site, has added two new enhancements to its platform: APA citations for all videos and a Google Translate feature that can be used on any page.

APA Citations
Films On Demand now features APA citations for every video on the platform. Users can toggle among the radio buttons to select either Modern Language Association (MLA), Chicago Manual of Style , or American Psychological Association (APA) style. The citation will automatically change depending on the selected format.

Google Translate
The newly added Google Translate feature, which is available at the bottom right of every page, makes Films On Demand accessible to users of all languages. From the drop-down menu, users can select a translation language, and within seconds, the page’s text–including the full-title and segment summaries, plus the new interactive transcripts on the View Video pages–will be translated into the selected language. When users hover their computer mouse over the translated text, the original English text appears in a pop-up box.
